José Gourmet Spiced Mackerel Paté

The creamy texture and the softly spicy aroma of this José Gourmet spiced Mackerel Pate are appealing, as are its freshness and exquisite flavor.

Ingredients: Mackerel (54%), olive oil (33.65%), tomato (10.47%), spices (vinegar, piri-piri, red pepper) (1.27%), and salt.
Made in Portugal.

Recipe: Mackerel pâté with red pepper, white beans and basil, pepperoncino.
Serves for 4 to 6 adults
Drain 1 tin of white beans, rinse and simmer them in 100 ml of chicken soup. Pour into a dish with two chopped red chillies (pepperoncino), 50g fresh basil and 20g olive oil. Serve with the pâté (2 tins).
